COURSES
Whether your goal is to learn the basics of French for a trip to France or a francophone country, or to become fluent in French, when pursuing your pathway to learning French it is important to choose the proper course(s) in an environment in which the focus of the language instruction.
ADULT COURSES/ LESSONS (ages 18+)
- Private and Semi-private Classes
Private (one-on-one) and semi-private courses are available if more personal or flexible instruction is preferred. All classes are taught by native French speakers and cater to the level of instruction for the student, ranging from beginner to advanced. Adult instruction is based on renowned and well-tested methods.
- Group Classes (including Conversational French)
Adult group classes at the School are either formal instruction or conversational and are organized in small groups (average of 3 to 6 students with a class size limit of 8) for best instruction. All classes are taught by native French speakers and are organized by levels which include: beginner, intermediary, advanced and sublevels within each group. Classes for adults are planned to work around your busy schedule and are typically held either twice a week in two hour blocks (from 6:30 to 8:30 PM) or once a week in a three-hour block (from 6 to 9 PM) or on Saturdays from 9 am to noon.
CHILDREN'S CLASSES (ages 4 - 17)
- Private, Semi-Private, or Small Groups
Children's classes at the AFGO School are organized on a private, semi-private basis or in small groups (average of 3 students with a class size limit of 5) for best instruction. Classes take place in a secure environment on Wednesdays or Saturdays in one-hour blocks. We also have classes on alternated days. Scheduling for private and semi-private classes is arranged between the assigned teacher and the student(s)' parents. AFGO classes offers a fun and flexible way for children to learn a second language!
- Immersion Courses
A special immersion class is also available for children ages 4-6. Contact us for more information. We are also offering Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall Immersion Camps for children aged 4-12.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR AFGO STUDENTS
Any student (with the exception of group conversation) registered at the French School at AFGO enjoys similar benefits to AFGO association members (please see the membership section of the website) and are encouraged to participate in AFGO cultural and social activities with range from social dinners, wine tastings, picnics, pétanque games and movie nights.

HOW TO REGISTER:
- At AFGO's quarterly "Registration Day" (registration for new or renewing students)
- Individually, by appointment only
- Fill out the PDF Form or Word Document and email or mail to AFGO.
CLASS LOCATION:
- All classes - groups, private, semi-private and conversational sessions - take place at the AFGO office located at 1516 East Colonial Drive, Suite 120, Orlando FL 32803.
- Parking and entrance are both located at the rear of the building off Hillcrest Street.
