SCHOOL POLICY
REGISTRATION:
Students must register in person.
Non-beginner students will be given a free placement test to determine their level.
Classes are limited to 12 students each.
PAYMENTS:
Tuition fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration, no later than before the beginning of the first class.
Payments may be made by check or cash.
REFUNDS:
Fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
However, if demand is made in writing before the beginning of the first class, fees will be refunded. A flat $30.00 administrative fee will then be deducted. If demand is made in writing before the end of the first class, a flat $50.00 fee will then be deducted.
There will be no refund after the second class has started.
No refund, credit, or reimbursement will be given for classes not taken.
CREDITS:
In case of unexpected circumstances met in private or professional life and considered seriously documented by the school coordinator, that would prevent a student from attending the classes, full or part of the fees can be credited for the following session, if demand is made in writing.
The credit notes may be renewed once only.
BOOKS:
Books used for the course may be purchased at Alliance Française of Greater Orlando.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES:
The Alliance Française of Greater Orlando reserves its right to change the timing of a class or to cancel a class if deemed necessary. In case of cancellation, payments are then refunded prorata temporis.
AFGO MEMBERSHIP:
A registered student becomes an AFGO member automatically during the period of the class, and benefits of a 30% discount on any AFGO social activity admission. In that case no other discount applies.
