Immersion Course Policies for Children aged 4 to 6

immersion

This policy is subject to the same general terms and conditions described in AFGO School Policies. However, given the age of the students (4 to 6) some additional features apply. They are listed below:
  • Parents agree to fill out "AFGO registration form" and to execute the document called "Parent/Guardian Permission and Registration".

  • Parents/Guardians agree to provide proof of immunization, as explained in the ad hoc list they will receive at the latest on the day of the first class.

  • Except specified otherwise, each class will last one hour, with a 5-minute break.

  • Parents/Guardians are encouraged to bring a snack and a drink for their children at the beginning of each class.

  • There is a risk that some activities might stain the children's clothes. Therefore, Parents/Guardians are asked to dress their children accordingly or to bring appropriate clothes and then change their children upon arrival at the class.

  • Sanitizer gel will be available and the teacher will ask the children to wash their hands several times during the class.
